We will not ship your wine during periods of extreme temperatures unless specifically requested by customer.

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. To order you must provide your date of birth, as well as certify that you are 21 years or older. By placing this order with Bellavini Winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old. Shipper requires verification of age at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. The order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. No delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Most states now require the collection and remittance of sales tax. Depending on the state, wine, shipping and handling and merchandise may be taxed. If your state requires the collection of tax, we will calculate it for you during checkout and include it in the total amount to your credit card.
